Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course 2025 Commences at BALTDEFCOL


On 15 September, the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) welcomed the participants of the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders' Course (CSELC) 2025.

This year’s cohort comprises 28 participants from 18 nations, reflecting a rich mix of Allies and Partners. The course spans approximately three months and includes four modules, including Strategic Leadership, National Security, and International Security, delivered through a blend of online and in-person learning.

BALTDEFCOL Commandant, Brigadier General Alvydas Šiuparis, greeted the students during the welcome meeting.

The BALTDEFCOL family welcomes all participants and wishes them a successful and enriching academic experience!
