On 13 April 2026, a delegation from the Estonian School of Diplomacy visited the Baltic Defence College in Tartu. The programme included an in-depth briefing on regional security and Russia, delivered by faculty members from the Department of Political and Strategic Studies.

A highlight of the visit was a discussion on Russian security policy with Dr Terry and Dr Minzarari, which proved particularly engaging. Drawing on a range of analytical approaches, the speakers offered diverse perspectives on Russia’s possible future. This added depth to the exchange, enriched the debate, and provided valuable insights for the visiting delegation.
