The Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL) has successfully concluded the NATO Comprehensive Operations Planning Course (COPC) 2025.
From 10 to 21 November, 28 participants from 9 nations took part in this intensive NATO-certified program, contributing diverse perspectives and professional expertise that enriched discussions and strengthened the learning experience.
We extend our sincere thanks to our instructors from Latvia, LTC Ingus Manfelds, LTC Raivo Žemitis, and LTC Edgars Allers, for their valuable support. Special appreciation goes to COPC Senior Mentor and Advisor, Commodore (ret) Hans Helseth, for his expert guidance and evaluation of the students' performance and planning products.
All participants successfully completed the course and received their NATO COPC certificates.
This achievement reflects the dedication of the entire BALTDEFCOL team, comprising the Department of Military Studies, the Course Office, Support Staff, and Special Advisers, who ensured the highest standards of the course.
We congratulate our graduates, who leave with enhanced knowledge, new professional networks, and valuable memories.
We look forward to welcoming the next course participants in autumn 2026!
