On 12th May, the Director and Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the Swiss International Non‑Commissioned Officers Academy (INCOA), Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Florian Emonet, visited the Baltic Defence College (BALTDEFCOL). MWO Emonet was welcomed by the Chief of Staff / Deputy Commandant, Colonel Huxley.

During the visit, the guest met with the BALTDEFCOL Dean, Dr Tiia‑Triin Truusa, together with representatives of her office, as well as with the College Command Sergeant Major and Director of the Command Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Course (CSELC), CSM Alvydas Tamošiūnas.

MWO Emonet invited BALTDEFCOL to nominate a representative to join the INCOA Academic Board. A detailed overview of INCOA activities was presented, and potential areas for future cooperation discussed. In addition, CSM Alvydas Tamošiūnas delivered a presentation on the CSELC, followed by an exchange of views on possible avenues for cooperation.
